Back in November 2014, Damon Dash ordered to testify under oath in Roc-A-Fella logo lawsuit, plaintiff’s lawyer eyes Jay Z next.

NY Daily News reports, A member of the Roc-A-Fella army is going to have to testify under oath.

A Manhattan federal judge recently ordered that one of Jay Z’s founding business partners, Damon Dash, be deposed in a $7 million lawsuit over royalties stemming from Roc-A-Fella Records’ logo. Click Here if you missed that.

A federal judge dismissed a $7 million lawsuit against Jay Z and his former label partners that accused them of breach of contract and copyright infringement over the logo for Roc-A-Fella Records, Reuters reports.
