Alvin Lewis filed a lawsuit in Cobb County State Court on Nov. 16 against rappers Peewee Roscoe, Young Thug and Birdman, as well as Cash Money Records and Young Money Records.
Before the shooting last year, nonparty Lil Wayne performed at the Compound night club in Atlanta. According to the complaint, a confrontation arose between Roscoe’s crew and Lil Wayne’s crew, with Roscoe allegedly saying, “This is my city, keep fucking around and I’ll spray the bus.”
Representatives for Birdman (real name Bryan Williams) and Young Thug (real name Jeffery Williams) did not immediately reply to requests for comment.
