D.C. police ask for public’s help locating missing 17-year-old boy.

Before I continue with this post it’s frustrating about the lack of media coverage on what’s going on DC.

Yes, we can place the blame on the major news media.

What about BET? They can take an hour out there day to bring awareness to the missing in D.C. I forget they are owned by Viacom which focuses on Ratchet shit and foolery. But when a major celebrity die they will play music videos  two or three days straight. My point is what about us. Our people. Does anyone cares?

Today,  D.C. police are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing 17-year-old.

According to police, Shani Burriss was last seen in the 2600 block of Stanton Rd., SE on Tuesday.

The teen is described by authorities as a black male, with a medium complexion, standing five feet and six inches tall, with brown eyes and black hair. Authorities believe Burriss was wearing a black shirt, blue jeans, a grey and burgundy jacket and white shoes the last time he was seen.

Anyone with information is asked to contact police at (202) 727-9099.
