When it rain it pours…

A week ago, Fyre Festival, Ja Rule, Billy McFarland Slapped With A $100 Million Lawsuit.

The fallout from the disastrous Fyre Festival continued on Sunday (May 1) when attorney Mark Geragos (Chris Brown, Michael Jackson) filed a proposed $100 million class-action lawsuit against organizers on behalf of client Daniel Jung. The suit accuses organizers of fraud, citing the fest’s “lack of adequate food, water, shelter, and medical care created a dangerous and panicked situation among attendees — suddenly finding themselves stranded on a remote island without basic provisions.”

Here’s an update in the situation.

A North Carolina healthcare executive  filed a class action lawsuit in federal court in Miami against rapper Ja Rule and other organizers of the ill-fated Fyre Festival, a high-end music and technology festival that turned into a nightmare.

The event, which was supposed to take place last weekend and today through Sunday in The Exumas, became an epic failure implicating celebs like Kardashian clan up-and-comer Kendall Jenner, who was paid $250,000 to promote the event despite the fact she didn’t attend.
