Fulton County Superior Court Judge T. Jackson Bedford ruled in September that Gordon repeatedly failed to meet court deadlines in the case. His order said that meant the conservator of her estate wins by default.
Just recently Nick Gordon land in hot water after he allegedly assault his girlfriend.
The judge ordered Nick to wear a GPS monitor and stay clear of the alleged victim. His bond was set at $15k for the kidnapping charge and another $500 was tacked on for domestic violence. Sources close to his camp tell us Nick has not made bail yet, since he doesn’t have that kind of cash lying around
A spokesperson for the Fulton County, Georgia, district attorney’s office told TheWrap on Monday that the arrest could factor into the ongoing investigation into the death of Brown, the daughter of Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown.
“We have consistently refrained from commenting on our investigation into the death of Bobbi Kristina Brown because of our general policy regarding commenting on open criminal investigations,” the district attorney’s office told TheWrap in a statement. “However, it goes without saying that the arrest of Nick Gordon in the Florida domestic violence case will certainly add an additional layer of evidence to the final resolution of this matter.”
