It’s finally here…

Back on June 19th, Jay Z has announced his next studio album, 4:44. The rapper shared a snippet of new track “Adnis” earlier tonight in a new trailer for the mysterious film of the same name, 4:44, which stars Mahershala Ali and Danny Glover. The album—and film—are both out June 30. It’s currently not fully clear if 4:44 will be a visual album, or if the film is a companion piece. Pitchfork has reached out to Tidal representatives for more information

Here’ s up date…

Jay Z’s new album “4:44” finally dropped, three minutes before its scheduled release at midnight ET on June 30. The advance ads pledged that the album will be a Tidal/ Sprint exclusive — as part of the carrier’s $200 million deal with he Jay Z-owned streaming service, only people who signed up for Tidal before the album’s release and current Sprint users will be able to access it, at least immediately after its release.

A source tells Variety that the album will be available on Apple Music after a week of exclusivity on Tidal, and it seems very likely that it will be available on iTunes as well; another source says it will be available on all major services. It also seems inevitable that “4:44” will also be available on CD and vinyl at some point. Jay Z pulled his catalog, with a handful of exceptions, from Spotify and Apple Music in April. Reps for Tidal, Apple Music and Spotify declined or did not respond to Variety’s request for comment.

JAY-Z’s 4:44 Tracklist

1. “Kill Jay Z”
2. “The Story of O.J.”
3. “Smile” Feat. Gloria Carter
4. “Caught Their Eyes” Feat. Frank Ocean
5. “4:44″
6. “Family Feud”
7. “Bam” Feat. Damian Marley
8. “Moonlight”
9. “Marcy Me”
10. “Legacy”
