Last month A$AP Bari has responded to the allegations of sexual assault, calling the now-viral clip “misleading,” as well as denying the reports of his arrest.
“A misleading video clip featuring adult content and activity has been released to the public without my knowledge or consent,” Bari said in the statement. “Comments about myself or anyone being detained or arrested are false. We have resolved this issue amicably among all parties as adults. We were friends before this and will remain friends afterwards. Being raised by strong women who taught me to respect everyone, I’m disappointed in the situation as well as myself and will reflect on the situation appropriately.”
Nike just recently confirm kicking A$AP Bari to the curve.
According to reports, Nike has officially announced it will no longer be working with VLONE designer and A$AP Mob co-founder A$AP Bari. In 2016, Bari released sneakers and apparel in partnership with the Swoosh, including a black and orange Air Force 1 low that was one of the most coveted sneakers of last year.
