Just Yesterday famed L.A. strip club Ace of Diamonds threatened to sue Amber Rose after she announced she bought the club.

Turns out Amber is on some low-key trademark theft…

Sources close to Amber Rose tell TMZ what had happened was, Amber has applied for the trademark to the name Ace of Diamonds and AoD for “entertainment services in the nature of live dance performances” and “gentlemen’s clubs featuring exotic dancing” and plans to open her own Ace of Diamonds strip clubs in locations across the country.

“Amber is a part of the team and all future plans regarding Ace of diamonds as co-partner,” Robinson told The News.

Robinson explained that the lawsuit has nothing to do with the Ace of Diamonds name and that his brand is working closely with “boss lady” Rose.

“She’s advocating for the women,” he told The News. “She has a great message.”

Robinson added that Rose plans to eventually take this around the world as she does with her “Slut Walks.”

Yesterday, Amber Rose brag about purchasing ‘AOD’ at the “All Def Movie Awards” award show.

It looks like Ace of Diamonds is seeking legal action against Amber Rose.

That’s according to TMZ reports, But the owners of AoD — SKWS Enterprises — say Amber hasn’t put a dime into ownership of the club. They say her comment is “unequivocally false” and they haven’t sold to anyone.

They’re suing Amber for slander, and looking for more than a million bucks.

Last night,  The “All Def Movie Awards” return to honor and have fun with some of the films and talent that may have been overlooked by the mainstream award shows. FUSION TV and All Def Digital (ADD) today announced that the second “All Def Movie Awards” (#ADMA) will air Sunday, February 26 @ 7PM.

Comedian Mike Epps hosts the 2017 special featuring celebrity guests Russell Simmons, Ice Cube, Snoop Dogg, Amber Rose, Chris Redd; Comedian Donnell Rawlings; Actress Eva Marcille; actor and comedian Finesse Mitchell; actor and comedian Lil Rel Howery; comedian Thai Rivera; actress and comedian Tiffany Haddish; actor Mark Curry; and The Lucas Brothers, among others.

The ADMAs will honor Ice Cube with a Lifetime Achievement Award and recognize entertainer Amber Rose with the Vanguard Award for her work on social justice projects like the SlutWalk, a transnational movement of protest marches calling for an end to rape culture.
